We take privacy as seriously as the systems we build for you. We collect only what we genuinely need to get back to you, and nothing more. This page explains in plain terms what data we process, why, and what rights you have.

We process only the data you give us yourself through the contact form or by emailing us directly: your name, email address, company name (if you provide one), and the content of your message. We do not collect sensitive personal data and we never ask for anything we don't need in order to give you a meaningful reply.
We process your data solely to contact you, respond to your request, and, where relevant, arrange a working relationship. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in communicating with people interested in our services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up conversation, for a maximum of 24 months from our last contact. If the conversation leads to a contract, we retain the data for the duration of that relationship and for the period required by law afterwards. Once these periods lapse, we securely delete the data.
We do not sell your data or hand it to third parties for marketing. We share it only with processors who keep our website and email running for us (hosting, email, and analytics tools), always under a contract and only to the extent that service requires. Where a provider is located outside the EU, we safeguard the transfer using the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
You have the right to access your data and obtain a copy, to have it corrected, to have it erased (the right to be forgotten), to restrict its processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email us at info@lucorp.eu; we will respond without undue delay and within one month at the latest. If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.gov.sk).
The site uses only the technically essential cookies required for it to work properly; these do not require consent. We deploy any analytics or measurement cookies only after you consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
