Four phases from manual chaos to a system that runs itself

No half-year of prep meetings. We work in short cycles, every phase ships a concrete output, and you see the first results in live operation within weeks, not quarters.

01 — Audit & process mapping

We sit down with the people who actually do the work and walk through it step by step — not how the policy says it should look, but how it really runs. We map your tools, the handoffs between them, every spot where data gets re-typed by hand, and the moments where time, money and patience leak out. Each process gets scored by what it costs you and how hard it is to automate. Output: a clear process map, a list of bottlenecks with the loss quantified (hours / month, error rate) and a shortlist of what's worth automating first. Timeline: usually 1–2 weeks depending on company size.

02 — Solution design & priorities

We turn the map into a plan. We design the architecture — which systems connect, where AI earns its place and where a plain automation without a model is enough. We pick the tech based on what you already run and what will actually hold up, not on what's trending. For every step we work out the return, so you know exactly what it saves or earns. Output: a technical solution design, a rollout order ranked by impact versus effort, and a clear estimate of cost and return. You approve the plan before we write a single line of code. Timeline: usually 1 week.

03 — Integration & deployment

We build. In short iterations we connect your apps, build the automations and deploy AI agents straight into your data. We test every piece against real cases before it touches live operation — including edge cases and what happens when something fails. We roll out gradually, not all at once, so nothing goes dark. Output: a working, tested solution in live operation, a trained team and documentation you can read — no black boxes. Timeline: typically 2–6 weeks for the first module, with the rest building on it.

04 — Operation, monitoring & optimization

Go-live isn't the finish line — it's where the system starts paying off. We watch that it runs the way it should, where it stalls and what can be sped up. When your processes or volumes shift, we tune and scale it alongside you. We show you hard numbers on a regular basis: how many hours and errors are gone, and where it pays to go next. Output: monitoring with alerts, ongoing tuning, a monthly results review and a roadmap for the next steps. Timeline: ongoing, scoped to fit — most clients stay on for the long run.
